TARION INSPECTIONS
By law, all new homes built in Ontario are provided with a warranty by the builder, this law is called the Ontario New Home Warranties Act & Regulations. Tarion’s role is to ensure that purchasers of new homes receive the coverage they are entitled to under their builder’s warranty.
We provide a detailed report of construction deficiencies, recommendations, and maintenance requirements on your new home.
What is involved in a TARION inspection?
As a Certified Master Inspector® trained by InterNACHI® — the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors — I have the knowledge to spot problems with materials, installation and workmanship that other inspectors might miss.
I follow a comprehensive Standards of Practice, which ensures that you receive a detailed and accurate home inspection. I also abide by a strict Code of Ethics, which puts your interests first and protects your rights as a consumer.
Tarion has a complex system to navigate regarding completing inspections and documenting deficiencies. Let us help you with our comprehensive inspections and detailed reports for your (PDI) Pre-Delivery Inspection, 30-Day, One-Year, Two-Year, and Seven-Year Major Structural inspections. We have been working with the Tarion Program for many years and thoroughly comprehend the program's complexities. My experience as a Municipal inspector adds perspective and an ability to understand the many parts and definitions of the program.
